The Yorkshire Evening Post has reported that 17 fixed speed cameras have been installed on a stretch of road that's witnessed 125 casualties in the last five years. Ten people died and 23 people sustained serious injuries over the period.

The first GPS application for iPod touch has been submitted to the Apple App Store for approval. GeoLife and PosiMotion have announced that they have submitted an app which enables turn-by-turn navigation on both the iPod touch and the iPhone.
