The United States Fears Not to Pay Billions to Antigua in WTO Casino UIGEA Case

Reuters reported recently that the United States is not worried about having to pay $100 billion in damages to such countries as Antigua and others, due to revenue lost as a result of the UIGEA, the Unlawful Internet Gambling Act.
